Your siding does not need 4,000 PSI. It needs the right cleaning solution, low pressure, and someone who knows the difference. Soft washing lifts the mold and algae off brick, vinyl, stucco and hardie without forcing water behind it.
High pressure aimed at a house is how you get water behind siding, stripped paint, shredded window screens and wood that stays damp for a week. It also does not actually solve the problem, because the green and black on your walls is living growth. Blast it off and it grows back fast.
Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution that kills the mold, mildew and algae at the root, then rinses it away. The wall gets clean, it stays clean noticeably longer, and nothing on your house takes damage doing it.
Southeast Texas, Deep East Texas and Southwest Louisiana share the same problem: heat plus humidity plus shade equals growth on every north-facing wall. Most homes here benefit from a wash once or twice a year. Leave it long enough and the staining sets into porous brick and painted wood and stops coming all the way out.
Roof soft washing is the same principle: low pressure, correct solution, no shingle damage and no voided warranty. Black streaks on a roof are algae, and they come off without anybody walking around scrubbing your shingles loose. Wood decks, vinyl fences and composite surfaces get cleaned and, if you are planning to stain or seal, prepped properly first.
Most homeowners bundle the house with the concrete, because the truck is already in the driveway and the driveway is usually the worst-looking thing on the property.
