Are you actually working in Lufkin, or just listing it?+
We've expanded into Lufkin and Angelina County and we're actively taking work there. For commercial properties we'll come out and do a free demo clean on a section so you can judge the result before committing to anything.
Is there a travel charge to Lufkin?+
For commercial jobs of reasonable size, no — the equipment covers enough ground that the drive isn't the issue. For small residential jobs we may group you with other Lufkin-area work to keep the pricing fair. Just ask when you call.
What makes you different from the pressure washers already in Lufkin?+
The Beast. It's a three-engine ride-on surface cleaner, and most crews in this area don't own anything like it. It's the difference between a lot taking two or three days and taking half a day — which shows up in both your price and how long your property is disrupted.
Do you handle apartment complexes and property management in Lufkin?+
Yes, that's some of our best work. Breezeways, stairwells, mail areas, pool decks and lots, on a recurring schedule with a COI provided up front. See our property managers page.
Can you clean a large church or school campus?+
Yes, and those are ideal jobs for the ride-on equipment. We schedule around services and school hours, usually working evenings or weekends.
What else do you serve near Lufkin?+
